A Thailand based eCommerce online website that sells electronic goods, kitchenware, tools and other kitchen related products.

Project Requirements:

The eCommerce store was offered to upload more than 10,000 products on the platform. After doing so, the page rank of the website declined at a great speed. It was not a few days after, it was noticed that all of the product descriptions and product information were copied as it is from the manufacturers' resources. Therefore, the client required:

• Unique writing of product descriptions with SEO integration
• Implementation of SEO strategy
• Writing product reviews for every product

Challenged Faced:

• The eCommerce is not selling any product-specific category, therefore, the research and analysis were colossal.
• Writing, reviewing and SEO integration of more than 10,000 and other existing products was indeed a time taking and strenuous job for our writers’ team.
• Any kind of delay would cost a lot of financial loss to the company. Thusly, we had had to wrap up the entire project within the strict deadline.
• The nuances of language play a mind-boggling role in content writing, especially in product descriptions and copywriting. We have to consider the selling location of the company as well as the specific language. For instance, Thailand English is a bit different from Indian English and so is the product descriptions on their respective eCommerce sites.
• Understand the brand’s or company’s tone and amalgamate it into the language.
• The SEO based work has to be started from scratch to benefit the existent products as well.

Solutions Provided:

• We created three major teams – SEO, Content and QA, to deal with every aspect of the project within the TAT. Our first team will handle search engine optimisation tasks, the second will be responsible for writing unique and lucid product descriptions and the third team was endowed with quality analysis to prevent even minor discrepancies.
• The writers’ team took their well divided time to research Thailand English and local slang to create SEO friendly product descriptions for better ranking of the page while improving the ROI.
